SUNDAY SERVICE EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Pacific City Church is seeking a part-time Sunday service coordinator who will lead and manage all operational aspects of the Sunday morning service and its volunteers. This role is especially for people who like to organize, execute, and problem solve. A successful Sunday Experience Coordinator succeeds when people encounter God and discover community at our Sunday services.

Compensation

  • Part-Time, contract

  • 10-12 hours per week

  • $25-$35/hour

The Sunday Service Experience Coordinator will successfully coordinate the following areas on Sunday morning:

  • Operations

  • Guest Service

  • Hospitality

  • Pac City Kids

  • A/V & Worship

  • Welcome to Church Lunch and Next Steps

The Sunday Service Experience Coordinator will successfully oversee the following teams:

  • Set up and take down team

  • Greeters

  • Hospitality team

  • Pac City Kids team

  • Audio Visual team

PAC CITY KIDS DIRECTOR

The Pac City Kids Director role is designed to lead leaders in the building of ministry experiences that help the children of Pacific City Church to Encounter God, Discover Community, and Love the World.

Compensation

  • Part-Time

  • 10-12 hours per week

  • $25-$35/hour

Responsibilities

  • Create safe environments for Pac City Kids to connect with leaders and other kids

  • Develop and execute a strategy to reach Pac City Kids and their families

  • Create and/or develop teachable content for Pac City Kids workers and volunteers

  • Collaborate with the Sunday Guest Services team & experiences for Pac City Kids

  • Coordinate with leadership team for Pac City Kids graphics, schedules, and social media

  • Schedule all weekly Pac City Kids volunteers

  • Oversee/facilitate Pac City Kids ministry administration, logistics, and budget

  • Achieve ministry growth goals year-over-year

  • Maintain compliance with all church policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • A track record of implementing change and building teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic understanding of child/youth development

  • Must be a team player, with experience working in a team environment
